Not working with iPad Magic Keyboard
The mouse on the iPad Magic Keyboard is not working. Would be great to get it fixed asap.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Magic Keyboard iPad M4
Impossible to use the App with the new Magic Keyboard, pointer doesn’t move at all. Very problematic, please update asap !
Does not support the trackpad on the new Magic Keyboard

Perfekt für den mobilen Desktop
Insbesondere - wie in meinem Fall - wenn damit VDI Desktops über Citrix in Verbindung mit RSA Token benutzt werden. Zielgerät ist ein iPad - perfekte Übernahme des Windows Desktop der Firma ist damit von überall vollkommen problemlos möglich. Sehr elegante Umsetzung - sehr komfortabel - sehr Benutzer- und Helpdesk freundlich

Selbst virtuelle Tastatur und Maus funktionieren sehr gut
Funktioniert alles gut, einfach 2 Monitore gehört zur Basisausrüstung
Funktioniert alles gut, verwende es auch als mobilen ThinClient via HP Dockingstationen an eine. 34“ Monitor. Nur bei den 24“ Monitorstationen (2Monitore) wird es eng mit der Bildgrösse bzw. man hat sich auf 2 Monitore oder einen grossen eingespielt und wird da schon ausgebremst. Es sollte doch mittlerweile technologisch möglich sein, 2 externe Monitore zu unterstützen. Für diesen Manko einen Stern Abzug.

Please update for External Display Support ond iPadOS16. It crushes always !
Rapide et pratique
Partout où l’on va, on peut ouvrir l’application avec rapidité. Seul bémol, on ne peut pas imprimer depuis l’application sur une imprimante en Wifi, dommage.
