Terrible keyboard support
I have been using it on M2 IPad, and none of my shortcuts work correctly, tried all settings/using a windows keyboard, but just doesn’t support any windows keys.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Your outlook 2013 is very inconvenient to use on mobile app. The same app works well in Ipad. suggestion: When you visit any website on PC or in mobile, you find functions different. Mobile version is designed to suite small screen while pc site have detail view. The same concept for outlook 2013 on mobile will improve usage and user satisfaction.
Best workspace app ever paired with citrix x1 mouse
Completely replaced my laptop by using my iPad Pro running this workspace app which allowed me to do desktop work on a windows 10 paired with my citrix X1 Bluetooth mouse.
This help me work while on my iPad.
On iPadOS13 need to use the Web Interface inside the app to login - as ica file will only just saved in Downloads if login from Safari.

I have been using it in the computer. But many times it requires to open by using mobile app. It is very frustrating to say that app is not mobile friendly at all. It’s difficult to read and write emails. Such a pathetic app I have never come across. It requires many areas to update and improve. Most useless app. Not recommended for mobile uses.
Netscaler site not working
This version not working for Netscaler site. After log off from session no option to login again it’s grayed out button
