HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

繋がらない
ずっとクルクル回っていて先に進まない。 アンインストール→再インストールすると使えるようになるが、またしばらくすると進まなくなるのでアンインストール→再インストールの繰り返し。
iPad機種変更後アプリが使えない
ipadの電池消耗が激しくなり最近機種変更を行い、workspaceのアプリを再インストールしログインしようと試みたのですが、開始のボタンを押した後、メールアドレスまたはストアURLを入力してください。の画面が出てきて先に進めません。
ピンチインピンチアウトができない
バージョン22.12.0で起きたピンチインピンチアウトができない現象が、23.6.5でも似たような症状で再発 接続先にてピンチインピンチアウトでの拡大縮小を行おうとしても、反応がなく画面サイズの変更ができない。せめて設定から画面の拡大縮小が選べるようにしてほしい。
キーボード接続時
スペースキーや矢印キーを押すと、強制的に設定画面にいってしまう。 なのでスペースキーを使っての文字変換も出来ず、エクセルで隣のセルにも移動できません。 右の設定画面いらないです。

Citrix X1 Mouse now Not work
Using iPad OS 15.3.1 and WorkSpace 22.3.0, X1 Mouse Left Button is not work. Another bluetooth mouse (ELECOM) papa-takeis same (not work left button) Right button is OK.
使い物にならない
久しぶりに使おうとしたらまったく使い物にならない劣化ぶりでした。 解像度を自動にしないと表示されません。 また一部欠けて表示されるのとカーソル位置と異なる箇所が反応してしまい操作不能です。
素晴らしいアプリですが
Windowsのリモート操作用で使っていますが、Windowsのタッチキーボードが現れて、Citrix側と二重キーボードになる現象をなんとか解消してほしい。 アップルペンシルで使うとwindowsがタッチ操作と認識してソフトキーボードが出てきてしまうようです。
Microphone can’t be used by VDI
Unavailability of microphone from VDI is a critical blockage that prevents me from switching from Mac to iPad for my remote work. I really want to know the ETA for the implementation of this feature.
