Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.
HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Lost my mouse Usage
I’d have give this 5 stars because it’s fantastic when it works, but I get nervous everytime there’s an app update because somehow every other time, I lose some sort of functionality (bluetooth keyboard or mouse or what have you). Like today, I updated to the latest version, and now my magic mouse isnt working and I cant configure the X1 settings which used to be able to fix it.
Update:
The workaround for the mouse (i use the magic mouse) not working isn’t working. I still do not have mouse functionality when accessing it. The side panel mouse options do not work either.
Compatibility
Please make it compatible for iPad 1st Gen. If that's possible.
Secured and Conveinient
This allows me to work secure remotely. Access is fast and easy.
I just wish my mic and speakers work when I am connected. I also wish that it can support extended screens.
Audio input support
/unfortunately, it doesn’t support audio input/ VoIP/ bi directional audio. I thought I can use it here.
Desktop on the go
Very useful for people who needs to access their company resources without having a laptop or desktop. You need a smartphone or tablet. Although there are some limitations in using this still most of functionality that a typical desktop can be supported.
Usable but login is buggy and no generic mouse support
The login always require multiple login attempts (i get no error it just returns me to the login screen). No generic mouse support on iPadOS 13.4

It makes my access to work’s server easy.

Fast and easy to use. Tablet is working like a pc. No issues encountered
Promising yet still needs improvement
This apps allow you to do work without an actual PC. Problem is I can’t see the support for microphone. You can’t use it for meetings and calls which breaks the idea of using it as a mobile app for emergency in case you have meetings and have no device. Hopefully they can fix it soon. Its the only thing missing to make it complete.
