Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.
HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Is Citrix Workspace legit?
⚠️ The Citrix Workspace app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
When I use citrix on my ipad pro with magic keyboard, the cursor on remote desktop is not moving, when I use the trackpad on the magic keyboard. Clicking and scrolling work, just the cursor stays on the same place. When I use external bluetooth mouse, it works fine, just with the trackpad not.
Keyboard shortcuts
Dear Citrix, is there any possibility to unify behaviour of Citrix Workspace for Mac and iPad? I would like to use on iPad shortcuts cmd+(v,c, …) instead ctrl+(c, v, …). On Mac works perfectly.
Mouse and trackpad
Unfortunately mouse and trackpad cursor disappear during a screen mirroring (visible only on iPad not on external monitor).

Citrix is easy to manage and very sophosticated aplicatiom for secured remote access for corporate tools.

Be aware of this version on iPad 3 and you rather not to upgrade to it. The main drawback is that in autofit mode the full resolution is sent from the server and it results in a screen that is four times bigger then the display. Moreover there is no useable alternetive of 4:3 resolution to 1600:1200, which results in micro objects.
M4 iPad Keyboard Issues
I’m shocked that the newer iPad magic keyboards aren’t compatible with this app. You would think this would be a top priority to fix. Absolutely useless until they fix this.
Great App - Needs an update
Overall a great experience using this app.
One issue that needs to be addressed:
When using the Apple Magic Keyboard with my iPad M4 - Citrix does not recognize my mouse pointer and I have to navigate without any indication of where my pointer is located. Interestingly, there is no issue when doing this through a “split” view alongside another app.
Please update and fix the app as I would really love to be able to use my mouse normally in the app. I’m sure this is a quick bug fix!

Has potential, but iPad not supported
The app is unusable as the iPad magic keyboard trackpad is not recognized. The cursor moves for a few seconds and then stops moving at all. It’s a shame because, otherwise, it seems to be a good solution for those hoping to chart on their iPad.
