HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

This is a good app, but it doesn’t work anymore in my iPad
Need to fix mouse click issue
This app is wonderful. However, issue is with mouse click. Whenever I tried to click or open any app. It’s clicking in somewhere else. This is creating mess and destroying user experience. Please fix this bug. Using in iPad 9 gen
multi Application can’t be used on iPad
Please enable multitasking at same time for iPad OS as like windows
Bug
mouse/ trackpad doesn’t work properly especially the left click is disoriented, almost an year now and only touch works in IPad. Tried multiple options with no luck.
External Mouse No Work
Good to access my VDI through this app on iPad but only one issue facing external mouse not work in this app iPad system cursor and mouse cursor both or showing over but mouse functionality not work
Trackpad and mouse not working in session
Team - i am unable to use the keyboard trackpad and mouse in session. It works perfectly fine normally only Citrix session is giving me this problem. Please can you advise? I have read and checked all settings don’t know how to get it to work
Good try but a bad output
I have a iPad 7th gen with Logitech combo touch case. It should have been enough but I couldn’t even get past the windows login. iOS keyboard or the Logi’s keyboard case inputs not recognised. Even worse, there is no place to get support.
App is crashing continuously iOS 12.5
Citrix workspace app is crashing after update, I tried multiple reinstalls, kindly fix it.
