problem with characters
Big problem with special characters. cant type * () =. ’ ’ . Even i tried on the remote destkop every keyboard.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:
Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.
Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Not working in combination of NG 13.1 with AppFlow enabled. We are getting immediately session disconnect.
You can look but don't want to interact
Interacting with remote windows machine on this client is frustrating. Keyboard overlaps parts of desktop. Mouse pointer has no ability to scroll. Zooming with pinch randomly opens task switcher. Tapping with three fingers show keyboard but also moves your zoomed view to top left corner. And it also stops music from ipad to play alert sound from remote machine even though remote machine volume is muted.

iPad Pro 2021. IOS 14.6 doesn’t open .Ica
Downloaded only for one thing - to load .ica fila provided by my company and open remote desktop. But it doesn’t provide the possibility even to open this .ica file. On the Citrix web page I can’t get a support help as I have no account and can’t register it (doesn’t provide this possibility )
Just stopped working
It looks like the top control bar doesn’t work anymore. I can’t even make screen keyboard appear, which makes the app useless.
Good enough
It works fine for iPad 7th, except for Skype integration. Is there a plan to add microphone support to the app?

As a daily user of your services and products, I would like to expand my mobility by using an iPad to connect to my virtual machine. As a technical person I need a full keyboard. Can you please tell me if whether a Bluetooth enabled keyboard with trackpad paired with iOS can give me the trackpad utility in my session? Thank you in advance. Dragos
