I had uploaded photos and videos in my previous phone but after i got new phone and logged in all the photos and videos are gone now what shall i do to get my old photos and videos?

No feature for uploading the photo when the app is inactive
I don’t have time to always keep the app open to store my photo so a free feature should be available in an another update to make life easier
