Gates not updating
I was refreshing the app to check my Gate, which kept showing up as blank. Eventually went to the boards where it said A2 and by the way the flight is closing.

What is the point of an airline booking app that does not allow you to download the boarding pass to your phone? Backward.
Boarding passes
Downloaded the app to get our boarding passes. Unfortunately, not able to download my children’s passes ( on the same booking)
Super simple
Great App, and I’ve seen a few!
Slow and glitchy
Always takes forever and then times out. Constantly comes up with error messages
So much doesn’t work
Can’t add bags, can’t accept upgrade offers. Very poor
