They are terrible highly recommended not to use this app they after i checked in for my and my friends they sent me email confirming the check in but when we got at the airplane gate nothing was checked in and when i called them about it they said we can’t do anything about it they refused to book me a ticket for the next flight and they refused to refund the money even tho they did you admit its there fault but i got no help from them and i had to book my own tickets with 3 times the cost

Love eDreams
Have booked lots of flights for our trip to Europe in September. EDreams has always had best price and good communication , thoroughly recommend. Love the app too, all our trips easily found.
Do not use EDreams
If any flights are cancelled, they refuse to help and won’t allow you to receive a credit or refund even when the airline has confirmed you are entitled. The staff are useless and won’t help at all. They are a scam, please avoid.
Refund
I bought an airplane ticket online from eDreams on 20/08/2023 for $1341 that didn’t had ticket number on it so I had to cancel the ticket after cancelling the ticket I received an email saying that paid amount will be refunded in 10 days. It’s been 4 months. There is zero customer support cause online bot only gives automated reply. You can’t speak to any customer service representative cause there no number.
Refunds still pending after 8 months
Three of my flights are still at the final stage of refunds. No updates after that, I sent emails to your customer services. Over ZAR 12k are awaiting for refund!
