Three years ago, I signed up for an annual eDreams subscription and canceled it shortly after. Despite canceling, they fraudulently charged me last year. After hours of frustration, I managed to get a refund and was assured—on the phone—that this would not happen again. Yet here we are, a year later, and guess what? They’ve charged me AGAIN. Not only is this completely unacceptable, but now they’re refusing to issue a full refund. Instead, they’ve insulted me with a laughable offer of vouchers as “compensation.” As if I would want vouchers to use with this sham company. This is the second year in a row they’ve blatantly ignored my cancellation and continued to take money from my account fraudulently without my consent. This company is shady, dishonest, and utterly unreliable. Save yourself the hassle, the wasted time, and the stress. Do not give them your business under any circumstances.

They secretly withdraw money from your bank account for edreams prime. Even without asking, they just pure robbered you. 89.99€!!! I emailed to help centre and support centre many times. They didn’t respond at all.

The eDreams take the money from bank account, never do prime account never see that before and he take 70€ for nothing

Hi, please beware of this website, itterly difficult to make any cancellations, you have to call the call centre and takes hours to connect. I couldn't cancel my trip alrhough they said can cancel before 24 hours. The travel insurance they give through axa is also a scam, the call is only in spanish language. They mentioned even if you change your mind, you can claim through insurance but this is all joke and the insurance can't be reached and there is no sich option in claim. In summary extremely difficult to cancel anything secondly the rates they provide are far expensive than on actual site although they have shown in the websites a reduced price

I used my debit card to buy a flight ticket from E Dreams. For more than 3 times now, someone bought ticket through E Dreams using my card. I just get debit alerts that my card is being used for EDream payment. SCAM ALERT!😩

This app never Dowland it they changed me 140 for nothing and they don’t pay back my money they use your account information and take money !!!!!!!!

They charge you to have premium access to discounts and customer service but when you compare the prices between a premium account and a regular account there’s a minimal difference having in mind you already paid for the service. Besides, if you have any inconvenient with the airline or there’s any change in your flight they won’t help you, they won’t even try to make your life easier as they just sell the tickets and you have to be writing emails and calling the airlines to solve problems that might arise. The developer ask you to contact the customer service team just for them to tell you they can’t help you and you should contact the airline for everything.

I hope this company will shut down, no customer support at all
