This app never Dowland it they changed me 140 for nothing and they don’t pay back my money they use your account information and take money !!!!!!!!

They charge you to have premium access to discounts and customer service but when you compare the prices between a premium account and a regular account there’s a minimal difference having in mind you already paid for the service. Besides, if you have any inconvenient with the airline or there’s any change in your flight they won’t help you, they won’t even try to make your life easier as they just sell the tickets and you have to be writing emails and calling the airlines to solve problems that might arise. The developer ask you to contact the customer service team just for them to tell you they can’t help you and you should contact the airline for everything.

I hope this company will shut down, no customer support at all

Very bad app. I booked a flight for my family end I pay an expensive ticket in the end. It start from 90€ end in the end I pay 270€, full ticket for a child and for a baby. I applied for fee trial of prime membership and when I try to cancel they closed my phone call and never answer more to me. I don’t recommend this app.

I’ve been a Prime member for 3years, overtime I’ve figured how inflated the prices are on this EDreams app currently flights are €350/400 on destination X using another app I can get it at €160/180. Disgusting price difference & I’m permanently leaving them. PRIME member.. that’s “discounted” prices included but it’s really an extra 200 😂😂

I have been subscribed to your prime service without my knowledge. There is no way to cancel this or apply for a refund. No email or customer service telephone and no reply to my message on Facebook. V dishonest and unprofessional

I recently booked a flight through eDreams using a friend eDreams app for an upcoming trip and unfortunately encountered some significant issues with the booking process. After completing the reservation, I realized that the passenger's name was incorrect from the booking confirmation. Understandably concerned, I immediately contacted customer service to rectify the mistake. However, to my dismay, I was informed that the error couldn't be corrected, and I was advised that without the correct passenger information, I would not be allowed to board the flight. This news was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I had attempted to resolve the issue promptly, a full eight days before the scheduled departure date. To make matters worse, I was forced to a cancellation and refund was due to the circumstances, I was shocked to discover that a significant portion of the original purchase amount was deducted even I did purchase cancellation fee. Despite my efforts to address the issue within a reasonable timeframe, I was penalized financially for eDreams service’s inability to accommodate a simple correction to the booking details. Overall, this experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by the eDreams. Not only was I unable to correct a minor mistake in the booking process, but I was also penalized financially for their oversight. Moving forward, I will be more cautious when booking and will ensure that all details are correct before finalizing any reservations.

I have subscribed to prime and once I did this, I went to cancel de subscription and there is NO WAY to cancel this. Tried everything they say in the website and none of them could cancel this, they provide you a number to call and cancel and the number doesn’t work, this is the only option we have to cancel and don’t work!!!! It is like they want to force us to pay a thing we DONT WANT BAD BAD BAD
