Such a scam, did not input the OTP but was still charged for the flight i wanted to cancel off last minute. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS
Nightmare
This platform legit a nightmare. It’s so tough to cancel Prime trial and that’s their goal not making the process easy so they can charge you after the trial period.
Forced to subscribe without proper notice
I used edream to purchased air tickets, without proper notice , money was deducted from my credit card , for one year subscription without my consent , when l tried to unsubscribe online , the function was not working. This is ridiculous and l am outside of Australia needs to call the phone number for help.
Please avoid booking through this company
Prime membership can’t be cancelled because whatever they tell you to do online cannot be found. Try calling them and you get incompetent staff who cannot find your booking and then you just end up paying for an international call which solves NOTHING and drains your money. The online chat is just rubbish because you’re not speaking to anyone and they will ask you to call… their hotline in the UK. Worst decision that I ever made and really regret booking through eDreams. More like an eNightmare. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.
Shady business practices, making cancelation hard
Prime service requires you to call a number to cancel. Deleting your data is complicated. Business and UX dark patterns abound. I’ll never use eDreams again.
NEVER GIVE BACK THE REFUND
I have booked with this agent for four times, I trusted them coz they have mentioned they will refund. For the first one, they do the work properly like the big scammers, first time was great and next times all cracks. My second booking modification cannot find the documents coz of their poor service and work. My third one, they give only 93$ refund which they have mentioned they will refund us 80% of the original payment, now my original payment is over 500$. For the fourth one, I wanna cancel my flight and I still can’t contact with them.
SCAM
2yrs on and no refund seen. Kept apologizing from their customer service but whats the use? No refund. Buy from them at your own risks. You may be the lucky one.
Fraud app
membership fee was auto deducted from my credit card without my acknowledgment and authorization! The refund process is very inefficient, can only call to cancel! Never use eDream to buy anything.
