E dreams saved my credit card information to debit for annual subscription whereas I made the payment only for booking. When called the customer care they even denied to delete my card from the app. In the app you never see an option to delete your credit leaving room for e dream unauthorised access and opportunity to debit whenever they want

Bad experience it charge more money then you see , and even you don’t have an option to cancel the payment process Highly not recommended

Genuinely good app for travel . I and booking with EDREAMS for the 4th time and I had great experience and their process of booking is seamless.

This is a scamming company and I will be filing a case against them for fraud. They have maintained for more than a year that my cancelled flight has not paid back the refund while the airlines has confirmed the transaction. Their customer support staff sounds like Indian scammers based out of off map locations and are reverting template mails that they’ll look into it. I hope no one gets scammed by them and losses out the money. Luckily I just got one international flight ticket ripped off by these scammers.

Waiting for the refund from last 3 months but still not getting it. Even there is no option for contact customer care. Really disgusting thing evever.

Worst app ever to book a flight ticket, it doesn’t give its freeze ticket price even after paying the amount the amount shown on the app and the amount at the end of the booking never won’t be the same.
