Worse service ever. Everything is automated, no human being behind. My flight got cancelled and they stated “flight on time”! I tried to chat with them, they reply by we will raise the issue to management and get back to you. They never get back. Once i received an automated email that they tried to contact me while they never did anywhere, and i replied to them back, they just ignored. I even called them, waited on the line more than 10 min with no answer. And i’m supposed to be a prime member with exclusive benefits! Exclusive nothing! I had to deal with the airlines on my own and it’s limited cz i booked through this agent. I’ve learned to book directly with the airlines and never use this app again and i’m canceling my subscription. I'm glad my friends didn't listen to me and subscribed.

I booked a round trip flights , Two hours later, the return flight was changed, and the flight and money were not reimbursed to me I lost the entire return trip amount, which was $250

Never use this app Still waiting for the refund of tickets I booked on the 24th of Aug and canceled the next day …. They sent me an email saying it will take max 10 days … and now they stopped answering…. I have all the emails and conversations… Scammers…. NEVER USE THIS APP…
