Regretting that I booked via eDreams!

It must really be the worst customer experience in my entire life (and I’m 56 years old). At every step they want to upsell something. They send me tons and tons of e-mails that I have missed checking in (months before the flight). The links in the emails do not work. The user interface of the site is the most confusing I’ve seen. And now I have waited for an hour to speak to a human. I’m starting to think they won’t answer.

Good, but too many notices/messages

I find edreams pretty goodandthis app gives smooth and simple access flight info, even when offline. For booking flights, less smooth as it doesn't allow some of the usual search functionalities. Main drawback is that I now get lots of annoying advertising messages/emails from edreams based on any activity on their app. Still trying to figure out how to opt out of this without disabling the entire app.
