I just ordered and paid for a flight. You inform me that the airline has changed the flight time( which is not convenient to me) and that cancelling will cost me money. Shame on you
No answer from customer service
If it’s so hard to find their customer service - probably because they are not answering! Not recommended!

The worst company that exists, do not close any flight through them! They steal money from your credit and then deny it! Terrible app and terrible customer service
Cancel prime
Trying for days to cancel my prime signature, they are not answering the email, the phone doesnt work, paid for it last year and i dont need it anymore. The worst companies you know only when its time to cancel.
