The worst charging service ever!
Was stuck at a ski resort in Italy, trying to charge my car from an Enel X Way charger in front of my hotel.
I managed to download the Enel X Way app and register. But whatever I did to register a payment method, I ended up with the message “Someting went wrong”. During the process, the app would request my “ID code” or “Fiscal code” - whatever that means for a non-Italian citizen??
Tried contacting support - got nothing.
Luckily, I found a Tesla charger in town to save the day.
In conclusion: Enel sucks - Tesla rocks!

It works really fine, and I have been happy but…….
The new setup with the app is a real disaster, sorry to say.
Before when I used all the KW I had purchased, I could after 24 hours of the latest charge, buy another portion of KW. And it worked so great and smooth on a lot of charge stations.
But the new setup, where I buy some KW and not before after a month, from purchase, am I able to buy more KW. So if I use all me KW I have purchased, wait 24 hours, tries to buy more, they are not effective before a month after I purchased the other KW’s.
I have just used all the KW I bought for 12 days ago, so I wanted to buy additional 80 KW, but my purchase is not effective before in 18 days, so until then, I have to pay a very high KW price on €0,89 or. KW, or buy charging from another supplier and not used this app.
That is so stupid. Enel X-way could easily have been the only charge app for me, if I could keep buying more KW’s in packages.
Please change this, or you are just the most expensive and not flexible solution in Denmark.
Doesn’t work
Bought a big pack for a trip through Norway, but when I arrived at the first charger, it couldn’t start.
The charger worked fine, as I could start it with the stations own app (Fortum). After trying for 30 mins, I called Enel, and they said it doesn’t work yet with Fortum as they are “in the process of updating”.
This basically means that this app cannot be used in Norway - so be mindful before you get a subscription!
Useless app and support
Damn it is useless, only wants Me to register my Home charger which i dont have and The support team has gone rogue 🤬😵💫

It works, but….
The app works, but boy is it slow. Scanning the QR code does not work, you have to enter the chargers ID number.
I really hope they do some work on the speed of this app, because the app is very easy to understand and use.
Problem solved!
You must to create one account, attach your credit card and you must to wait around 12-24 hours before your account will be activated. You will receive one mail with confirmation of activation. After that, the application can be used without problems. Good job, but developer of app must pe verticala clear about this aspect.
