Terrible App, just use Tesla chargers

Slow and buggy, not improving over time. UPDATE: Tesla superchargers are now cheaper (and 10x faster) than this garbage, makes no sense.

Can’t add payment method

Every time I try to add a payment method, it won’t work. I constantly get the error ‘something went wrong’

Very bad!

Gets errors all the time… cannot work with it.

Great app and tip: use subscription!

Despite other reviews with lots of problems, I have not had one major problem using this app for charging. Only a minor thing in a Perugia parking garage where it was not clear which of the two chargers available could be used. Enel is indeed expensive to use for fast (DC) chargers. However they have some interesting monthly subscriptions that you can use for either DC or AC chargers with a small AC and huge DC discount with a kWh rate less than other charge apps (E-flux, Chargemap or Shell Recharge). Additionally it is possible to make a reservation at some chargers 15 minutes in advance. And last but not least, you can see at each charging point the charging percentage of the cars that are charging at that moment.

Tarda en desconectar

Tres veces me tardo para poder deconnectar con la app. Parece que la unidad falla en comunicación con el servidor

Goede dekking in Italië, werkt goed. Soms moeite met starten van laadsessie, maar tot nu toe altijd kunnen laden.

Great app , Enel everywhere!

We choose Enel very often when in Italy. Their app is very convenient, also in English, modern charging infrastructure and great locations. Let’s have it in every street :)

App is very bad and they scam you

Got errors all the time. If you try too charge most of the time it doesn’t work. I got a coupon for kWh I didn’t use and charged and they still charged me for that. Looks like a scam to me. So use an other charging company not this Italian mob organization.

Horrible app

Even one star is too much. Asking for lot of unnecessary info. Tried numerous times to add Mastercard as payment method. Keep on getting error messages and finally decided to delete the app. Advice do not use this provider

Bad user experience

In Italy on vacation, tried to use their charging poles but several thing in this app need tremendous upgrades: - not compatible with main charging providers like Plugsurfing - ask a thousand details just to charge (why do I need to give away my street address where I live?!) - offer a web redirect instead of in-app payment options and then only let users add credit cards and PayPal - added PayPal and then got an error - where is ApplePay/ GooglePay?! Besides, prices per kwh are ridiculously expensive especially when they only come with 22kwh charging speed And many more things. I gave up after 20min standing on the cold. Will use another company.
