Worst app in EU

I traveled from Germany to Italy with electric car and I passed through 4countries without any problems in every app I used . As I get in Italy i tried to charge my car in this company’s charger and the app couldn’t complete the payment credential. I contacted them and they told me that I have to be Italian citizen to complete this transaction. I lost 2 hours with 10% battery looking for an other charger. Thanks to “be a charger” app that works perfect.

Old app used to work

This is literally the worst user experience I’ve ever seen in an app. Not sure what changed but one day out of the blue I received an email in Italian (like everyone in the world should speak Italian), and the old app stopped working. This new app that I had to go through a lot to get it working actually doesn’t work. It’s has the worst UX ever and there’s no option to charge my car up to a specific limit which is why you need an app in the first place. Also after every major OS update it stops working and you have to contact support.
