Un servizio a 5 Stelle
Facile visualizzazione dei punti di ricarica, con indicazione dello stato di occupazione. Quello che mi ha sorpreso però è il servizio di assistenza. Inviata mail per difficoltà nella carica. Era un problema dell’auto non della colonnina. Dopo pochi minuti mi contatta un cordialissimo sig. Matteo che mi da assistenza confermandomi che tutte le ricariche precedenti erano andate a buon fine. Questo mi ha permesso di indirizzarmi verso il set dell’auto che ho acquistato da pochi gg. e risolvere il problema. 👏🏻👏🏻
Non capisco…
…chi si lamenta. Dovete cercare la colonnina sulla mappa dando la vostra posizione, selezionarla, farla partire e POI attaccare il cavo all’auto. Mai un problema, ne su quelle da 22kw, ne sulle free to x in autostrada ne su altri operatori (becharge).
Qualcosina da migliorare
L’esperienza complessiva è positiva ma le informazioni principali devono essere organizzate meglio: 1) durante la ricarica in homepage dovrei vedere la ricarica in corso con tutte le informazioni annesse (il banner verde in alto non è chiaro e ben visibile 2) a fine ricarica l’informazione principale che interessa è il costo della ricarica, che invece viene comunicato solo successivamente in una sezione nascosta

Non ha funzionato e mi ha rubato 30 Euro
Scaricata, registrato pay per use, selezionato la colonnina, errore, 30 Euro catturati e fine. Questa è stata l’esperienza con Enel X.
SERVIZIO INDECENTE
Ogni volta c'è un problema. Colonnine che si contano sulle dita di una mano e da una parte sono in manutenzione, da un'altra dopo 1 ora ti interrompe la ricarica in maniera casuale. Dall'altra impossibile connettersi. Siete vomitevoli.

Approccio intuitivo, QR code utilissimo, feedback colonnina-app-auto impeccabile. Per ora soddisfattissimo
Poco intuitiva e non funziona
Non riconosce il metodo di pagamento e non permette ricarica. Inutile
pochissima potenza di ricarica
L’app è lenta e spesso non avverte del fine ricarica. Costi occupazione colonnina a fine ricarica sopratutto nella fascia notturna spropositati. Veloce ma molto molto Costosa
