Connection through usb not working
I had bought this so that I can use my iPhone camera in OBS studio but when I am trying to connect EpocCam pro through usb device. It’s not working. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Facing Issues
I was very hopeful that this app will solve my 1080p live streaming issues (as promoted by YouTubers) that’s why I purchased it. But, it didn’t meet my expectations. There is too much lag and even 2 of my live sessions got spoiled.
Paid version video lags
The free version works much better than the paid version. After seeing the performance of free one with Epoc logo watermark, decided to get the paid one with no water mark. But the paid one video lags badly, very difficult to use.
Lag and Constant low frames
Paid for this app in hopes of better functionality. Using an iPhone 12 with PC (wireless, high speed stable internet) Frame rate is really low, connection lags a lot. Was expecting 60fps, but getting 15-20fps max. (via pc webcam, w/o video call)
USB mode not working
I tried to connect via USB to my windows Laptop but, it is not connecting at all. I tried different cables and usb ports but no use . It is pathetic the paid version is not working as promised.
connectivity issues
Video is getting stuck sometimes and notice lag on video calls
Very poor resolution
I have an M1 iMac with 1080p webcam, but I wasn’t happy with the quality. Bought EpocCam so that I can use my iPhone 13 pro to record my content but the quality is horrible. Very disappointed with the purchase.
Don’t waste your money
It started and worked for the first time, after that it doesn’t work from the next day.
Waste of Money! Not worth a Penny
I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. Straight to the point I want my money back. The video quality is pathetic. The frame is totally different from what shows on phone. Too tight frame than that on phone. No Full HD option available on Wifi or USB mode. Never tried the NDI mode. Misleading specifications. I request apple to block the app from the store.
