Absolutely ridiculous of an app won’t connect no matter what I try. I delete the app multiple times doesn’t work delete the software multiple times doesn’t work. No matter if I use it USB or Wi-Fi absolutely disgraceful I want to refund now!
Please i need my money back, app is fluctuating when i record my screen. I already sent email to your support team and try all fixing unfortunately not working. Please would you mind sending back my money.
it won’t work on my iphone 12 if i try connect it through the new usb 3.0 cable but works with usb2.0 which is not fast enough to charge it while recording but it works completely fine on iphone 7 doesn’t make sense
Here’s a problem you don’t encounter everyday on the App Store. I find the demo version of Epoccam, while a bit glitchy, looks like a really promising solution to the MacBook lousy built in web cam. So far so good. But clicking in the Get Pro button (a mere €7.99) just sends me back to the very same page in the App Store where I got the demo version, with no option to upgrade to the pro version. Instead there’s just a button to Open the app that is already open on my phone. It’s a puzzle how this company can survive if even a willing customer is unable to pay for their apps!
Unreliable, hardly ever works on windows 10 over WiFi or USB. Have tried new data cables but still not working.
Not compatible with Big Sur. Not clear before purchasing.
I use a MacBook Pro with OS Catalina installed. I purchased this app to use my iPhone 10 as a webcam for work. The app does not work with FaceTime, Safari, MS Teams or Zoom. This info is buried in the FAQ and not clearly indicated on the App Store. Completely useless as a productivity aid. Avoid.
Can't fault it
Lots of issues with MAC, doesn’t work with Skype, Amazon Chime, Facetime, Photobooth. So far only works with webapps
Not working on: Skype, Facetime, Zoom, Photobooth - what does it work on?
