My phone can record video in 4k at 60fps, this is capped at 1080p. There is also a thin green line along the edge of the image.

Extreme Lag, No Wi-Fi Connectivity, Crashes Streamlabs Windows

Tried to stream on YouTube - Gave up after 1.5 hours. Had no issues with other webcams on a powerful gaming laptop. Can I Get a refund?

If this only worked???

Since I have updated (foolishly) to Camera Hub version 1.8 (as otherwise you can’t use it)!all get is a green screen in OBS,Zoom, Teams, Skype via I reported a problem 6 months ago and no reposnse. Yesterday I get an apology and that I have not been forgotten with a suggestion to try a beta 1.9 and…..now Elgato Camera Hub doesn’t even appear as and option in OBS, Teams, Zoom, etc. For worse to catastrophic….and I am not stupid…..tried on my laptop and desktop on Ventura and Sonoma OS….and then I just installed a free version of competitor Camo and …..it works…….I couldn’t be the only one with this problem…..

do not waste your time i REPEAT do not buy

i need the app developers to run me back my money pronto rn i mean i want to finish typing this up go to my bank account and see the money there obviously i started streaming but realise my laptop doesn’t have a webcam i looked for alternative solutions and i come across this app off youtube i download the free version and i was like perfect okay it’s what i need but it was abit laggy so i download the pro version being told that the usb connection would fix that boy was i wrong exactly the same could not use to stream at all as the picture was laggy asf so tip for those wanting to create vids or along the same thing just use a webcam off the internet don’t waste ur time with this nonsense but i need an immediate reply from these crooks basic charging more for the same crooks

Poor since latest update

Another example of developers killing their app. Latest update added a “feature” which dims the display after 30s. This SHOULD have been implemented with a toggle to disable/enable. It is an absolute joke that this can’t be disabled. It defeats the purpose of the camera for a lot of us. One Google search will provide an example of how many people have been vocal about this, and all have been ignored. No ETA on a fix. What a JOKE.

Worked for months, almost perfectly but the app you now require to use with a windows pc (rather than the simple driver previously) won’t even open - avoid if possible

No longer works after most recent update

Ever since the update 1 day ago the app doesn’t connect via usb or wifi to my PC.

Absolutely brilliant app!

This little app has been on my phones since lockdown and absolutely saved my yoga business by allowing us to go online…now my classes are hybrid with in-person and online. This little app will always have a special place in my heart ❤️ thank you 🙏😊

Brilliant app for making YouTube videos

I bought many WebCams for my YouTube videos but all went in vain. But now with this app which is only about £7 but it’s giving me back worth of hundreds of pounds. Really request all the people to download this app for tremendous results for your WebCams
