NDI to OBS

Worth it just for the NDI over wifi to OBS. But also a capable camera via the Elgato Camera Hub too. I’m happy!!!! It just works.

Worked once

Had it working ONCE and it never worked again. Struggled to connect with my computer and when it did I couldn’t even use the camera on any service like OBS, Streamlabs or Twitch Studio. I requested a refund, save your money!

Auto screen Dimming Can’t Be Turned Off!

Love and have been using this program for streaming for ages. The latest version, using camera hub automatically dims your iPad screen which is annoying as we use the iPad as a monitor to see ourselves. Have to constantly touch the screen to wake it up. There is no way of turning it off! Please add option to toggle screen dimming. I don’t want to have to move to a different program!

Waste of Money

Not until you read the troubleshooting on their website do you realise it does not work with Teams and Facetime. The microphone is also muted due to a software bug -only described on their website after you’ve purchased. Don’t waste your money till these major issues are fixed

Has never worked, never will

I’ve installed drivers time and time again with no luck. Just get a real camera, the idea behind this is hood in principle, but falls short really quickly, AVOID.

Good

It’s very good for latest iOS. Would be good if the version supported older iOS. Then I could have repurposed my old iPhone 5 phones as cameras. Also would be nice if it supported Samsung. I would recommend it.

Good quality but not optimised well

Easy to install and connect between my iPhone 7 and Mac Book Pro but during the meeting, I noticed that the epocam is using too much resources of my computer. 35% cpu of Mac Book Pro 16 inch (16gb ram). I have already tried to use ‘fair’ quality video and connecting with USB(wifi) but it didn’t help to reduce the usage.

this app is a scam and gave me a virus. i definitely wouldn’t recommend this. $13 for a virus, thank you.

Lag galore

I bought pro like a fool and was greeted with a 2-3 second lag, got the free version of a competitor which gave higher resolution and more reliable streams. Don’t do it…

Didn’t find too much difference between free version

I did find that there are too much difference between pro and free version.
