I can’t change my e-mail address
When I try to change my e-mail address, this App don’t send the confirmation code to the new address. This has been happening since the last january, and I don’t have success in changing. Otherwise, I can’t register my phone number in my Personal Informations. When I try, the App confirms the operation but in then next access my phone number is not there, only the note that says “invalid format”, and the field is empty. How can I do the changings? Eurostar App doesn’t show any phone or e-mail contact to the customer. I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I’m used to travel by Eurostar now and then. Please, correct these App errors!
LISTEN TO ME!!!! DO NOT TAKE TRIPS WITH EUROSTAR!
I'M RIGHT NOW IN PARIS WITH MY WIFE AND AN 11-MONTH-OLD BABY, AT A MOMENT THAT SHOULD BE HAPPY BECAUSE WE'RE ON HOLIDAYS BUT ON THURSDAY THEY CANCELED OUR TRIP TO BRUSSELS FROM HERE AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ANY OPINION! WE WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER AT GARD DU NORD AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIST US! I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS SINCE THE 8TH AND THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME. WE MISSED ONE DAY OF OUR TRIP ITINERARY WE ARE BEING HARMED!!!!!!!
