I have repeatedly (across versions) tried to change the country code for my phone number from +44 to +49. I always receive a success message in the app, but it keeps reverting to +44 which then shows up as my number in bookings as well Also would be good to be able to store API data in the app
Pretty regularly, when trying to book, I can‘t select dates or the app will freeze
Man kann über die App seit Wochen keine Erstattung beantragen und auch nicht mit Eurostar in Kontakt treten.
It has happened several times now that I filled out every information during the booking, then click on a link (e.g. how to spend points). I remained in the app and when I went back the entire information on the booking were lost and I had to redo it all. This time the tickets even got more expensive the second time around costing me extra. Even without the extra cost this is extremely annoying. Either remove the links ore save the state of the booking!
Especially useful since the integration of Apple Wallet. Saves so much time.
Meine heutige Zugfahrt (Paris-Köln, Wagen 26) war ein Desaster. Die Mitreisenden haben Ihre Sendungen gesehen, ohne den Lautsprecher abzustellen, die Unterhaltungen waren laut und unüberhörbar, und die kleinen Kinder haben gebrüllt, ohne dass die Eltern mal eingreifen. In einem engen vollen Zugabteil empfinde ich dies als Reisende, die sich mal arbeiten oder schlafen möchte und ohne Ohrstöpsel oder Kopfhörer wahnsinnig wird, als wirkliches Armutszeugnis. Die Bahngesellschaft sollte darauf hinweisen, das dies ein Zug ist und kein Wohnzimmer. Wären die Tickets nicht so teuer, müsste man wohl leider 1. Klasse fahren, obwohl ich solche Klischees hasse und es da genauso sein kann.
Wir würden gerne von Essen Hbf nach Disneyland Paris fahren und müssten in Brüssel umsteigen. Gibt es da die Môglichkeit nur 1 durchgehendes zu bekommen.Für eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr bedanken, Ulrike Axmann
Schlecht deutsch sprechender Support, durch Software-Problem erfolgte eine Doppelbuchung, die nicht gutgeschrieben wird, Vorsicht!!!!!!!….. beim Online-Buchen, so kann man sich an anderen bereichern 😞
With the previous application I had already saved my passenger information so that I didn't have to enter it again for each purchase. Now with every purchase I have to enter the information again (including my Club Avantage number). In addition, I used to have the double verification system with my bank, now the purchase is made without this double system, which seems less secure to me. Additionally, when writing passenger information, moving to a new space deletes the previous one. Based on this, I don't see what improvements they made, if it is now worse.
There is room for improvement - points for Eurostar Club memberships are not automatically added even thought the ticket is in the app and shows as “scanned”, proof the trip took place. It is frustrating that when adding the Booking reference or the ticket number manually, the app does not recognize the trip - happens very often. Trips where tickets are in the app and show as scanned should automatically show up in the Club Level Account.
