Paid for subscription but it didn’t even activate. Waste of money. My moneys burnt now.
Everand had been very very dishonest with their subscriptions services, but saving the books you want to listen or read. Close to end of the month despite the subscription have not ended. They will cut short the books availability. Marking those book in your library “available soon”. However others had tried without saving the book into library, this issue will not appear. This seem to be a dirty technique they used to tie us down with their subscription despite we had paid your subscription. Very dishonest and disappointing to see.
I used to use it then I stopped but yesterday I payed for 1 month and cancelled it because it said if you cancel it all it does is stop auto renew but now it’s saying I have my subscription but I can only read samples.
Mentioned one month free , but why they charge me?
It was cumbersome to switch from another app to another app just to search for documents and books. It should have only been one app.
When I open app, it prompted out and needed me to update it, I did it but I open it now and still prompt out same notification and I can’t use it normally, this is really disturbing, please fix it asap, tq
App cannot be used on ipad as the pop up keep asking me to update the app. When i press that button to update the app, it only shows open and not update in the app store. I deleted the app but still the same problem. Pls help.
The apps and even the websites is really really really slow
Recently after reading books for a few days at the beginning of the month, most of the books are not available until the 3rd of the following month. Is that a way to limit readers to certain number of books available to read within the month even though we have paid the monthly subscription? Then today, the apps keep shutting down on its own. Great!! This is frustrating.
