Poor user experience
Complicated structure, many functions not working and user being referred to their technical department that never respond. Poor visibility, certain products not being displayed. Overall, looks like an App at least 10 years old and outdated.
For the iPad the keyboard is not working
On the iPad neither the virtual nor the physical keyboards are working, they pop up and disappear in split seconds.
Secondly for Credit Card payments you can just choose between total outstanding or minimum, where is the current outstanding option?
Bad Maintenance
Not possible to open Bank account with new emirates ID.
Emirates ID cannot be scanned
It is not possible to scan my Emirates ID for the registration. I think the reason for this is that my ID is in the new format and the app does not recognize it.

Smart Pass activation code not received via email address
I am very disappointed with the smart pass application!!
I tried activating it on my iPhone but I can’t finalise the process because I don’t receive the activation code per mail.
My email address is functional because I keep receiving mails from you. I tried calling over the phone from abroad and wasted so much money but no one can’t help me because I have been told it is not possible to make changes to my personal information over the phone.
I wrote an email via the registered address to my bank but again I have no solution.
What is even worse is that I can’t navigate on my online account because It keeps displaying a message that I need to activate my smart pass to use any service online. So basically it is a vicious circle!
I have been a loyal customer and I demand a better service and swift response. So far this “ smart pass activation problem “ has costed me time and money!
I need your help urgently.

Trying to make a transfer to Germany, even with swift/bic the system is not able to find the bank???

Nothing works without the updating app
You get forced to update the app and activate smart pass, without the access to the bank account will not work. I called several times but it s getting so complicated. Instead making it easier it s more complicated. It s a worse service, other banks are much much better then ENBD.
