Horrible utterly horrible app and service. No respect for the customers, no functioning IVR, it’s so pathetic I’m lost for words

The worst banking app I’ve ever seen. It’s very basic and still made in a very loose way. If u have issues with login - game over, there is not chance to understand how to get it fixed without calling the bank or going to their branch. I have no idea how to get an OTP if u can’t login to the app to get the OTP ☹️
Can you really open account online? No, despite such form is available on website and in the app. You complete the form and... Nothing. Nothing after two working days, weeks, etc. Can you go to the branch that is open from 8am to 8 pm according to the website and open account there? NO because for some reason they forgot to mention on website that you can open accounts in that branch only from 8am to 1pm. And I can continue on and on. Worst experience.
Dear Sirs, I’ve tried many time to activate smart pass. However, I receive only the 5-digit code to my email but NOT to my phone. The sms doesn’t arrive. Kindly advise how this problem can be solved. Thank you
Dear developers, The Password field on the log in screen allows only 14 symbols to be inputed. That’s not enough. Please consider an enhancement - remove this limitation
The worst banking app I have ever used. userabillity 0. buy a tinkoff bank application or an application of some Russian bank. we live in 2023 almost, and the application of 2010 is not strong.
Very user friendly application
Don’t mention the app that is absolutely obsolete, not user-friendly and useless, the main problem is communication with them. You’ll never ever reach customer support by phone or email, it is just impossible even after 30-40 minutes on the phone. Branches are always full with extremely long lines where you can spend 1-2 hours of waiting. Also no words needed about their cheque book and signature system, it’s just a shame. Never, never open an account here!
