No customer service
I would like to say that I am disappointed in your customer service. I got an annual subscription discount coupon but couldn't use it before it expired because the “upgrade subscription” button doesn't appear. I wrote two days ago on the App and on the website reporting the problem, but I have not had a response yet (earlier I also wrote a feedback on the App, when I asked a question about a concern of mine, but never got an answer either). Your App is very interesting indeed, but your service does not generate trust. I must say that I have already decided not to go ahead with my subscription.
Disappointed after 6 months of continuous study
For six months, I've been studying Italian with this app, and I didn't miss a single day. The more I study this method, the more confused I get regarding grammar. I feel that I didn't learn to speak Italian. But instead, I just memorized words, phrases, and word orders. Being a native Portuguese speaker Italian grammar should be somewhat familiar with this method, but it, unfortunately, didn’t happen. The more different conjugations I see the more confused I get. On top of that, I have sent three emails to technical support requesting assistance, and they never bother to reply. The method may be good for some people, but it's definitely not the best for everybody. I'm looking for alternatives now.

Excellent app, but it needs some improvements
The app works just fine, there’s some problems tho. The most annoying is when the videos can’t be watched, one solution would be enable download they in the own app. There’s also minor problems, such as delays to see an image. The app is so close to perfection.
