App don’t open
I am subscribed but I cannot login to the app from my iPhone 12. The app continues to cycle through various login on information screens. Support is slow and not very helpful. I’ve had this issue now for two weeks and it has not been been resolved.

The mandarin course is awful, wait until it’s fixed before you use this app if that’s the language you want to learn.
