Works great for me in terms of putting together a quick workout without too much thinking. But the variability or workouts could have been better, also I’m using the app for a year, and the library of workouts (esp weighted ones) does not seem to improve at all. User experience of creating your own workout is horrible: no filtering by type (warmup, main exercises), muscle group, with or without equipment. No editing of the workout after it’s saved, only duplicating. No straightforward way of accessing your own workouts, a user has to go all the way through the menu or ‘create a new workout’.
They invite you to a free 14 day trial period without subscription. They say you can cancel without being charged and the subscription doesn’t start. I cancelled on my 2 day and they still charged me for a year without me knowing. No heads up or email from them until I accidentally saw my bank notification. After contacting support, they do nothing and try to wiggle their way our of it saying that when you have a subscription, then you can only cancel with an email. I tried to argue that they had a campaign back them stating it was 14 day trial period and there was a button on my account for cancelling. If their backend is broken, it’s not my problem. Alao either way thwy shoyld give you a heads-up when subscription is about to start. After that I heard nothing from them.
As the description tells there is a free version, reality - this is a fully pay to use app. Freeletics? More like Payletics.
I’ve used a multitude of personal training apps to try get fit and I understand why people make it so you have to pay to get the actual training instructions and nutrition plan but the title suggests it’s a “free” service which it is not, the cheapest plan is €34.99 for 12 weeks of training (without the nutrition plan). I just have an issue with it getting people’s hopes up and then being let down as not everyone has enough money for these apps!
Freeletics always updates and never stops towards improvements. I would say best fitness app that I tried. Even after using it three months I began to hear complements from my friends that I well shaped. Additionally I had never experienced such god like support! Many thanks to you guys, you make world better.
Been using the app for three weeks, have not looked at similar apps. But I love this app. Get your life in track with some good intense workout, this app gives you inspiration and motivation! :)
I cant make account, it starts lagging everytime I try to do it, and then it crashes.
Very cool and useful app! Love these hard workouts!
With Freeletics, I feel like working with an actual world-class coach. It gives me all the right workouts to improve my body in the right way, and manages to continuously challenge and motivate me. The highly detailed video instructions and extensive knowledge base only add to the impression. But most importantly, my results are like nothing before, after just seven weeks I feel and look so, so much more athletic.
