I paid for a year's subscription, yet I only used it for a month since it wasn’t my cup of tea. I uninstalled the app but forgot to cancel the subscription. They charged me 89.99€ last night for another year. I kindly asked for a refund and explained the situation, but they said no. I'll try to push this further because it doesn't seem fair at all; it feels more like a fraudulent practice.
It would be a great app, however breaking workout into 6(could be less or more) separate parts is incredibly annoying 🙄 Instead of one workout session in my fitness app I have 6 separate workouts with partial data. What is the point of making one set of 15x squats a separate exercise? 🤦🏻♀️ Is there any way how to change it and share the data into my Fitness app (ios / apple watch) as one exercise?
Phone app itself is superb, everything is clearly explained and also instructor’s videos are very good. Really missing feature is Apple watch support or at least training import from another app. Training log is supported by manual input only, which is quite obsolete today, isn’t it. I do use also Nutrition - nice complementary app 👍 I’m sorry but 3* are for missing and desperately needed watch app.
Warning, even though you will not be aware of active subscription, they will not let you know about upcoming renewal and you will be charged full price. Any attempts to agree with their support is not possible, they simply not care about the customer and repeatedly refer to T&C without any possibility to admit that they had (fraudulently) charged you for nothing (no costs related to renewal and no service used by the client)
The app for apple watch should return. For me this is the reason why i can’t give 5 stars
I would like to import running trainings to Garmin watch. But it is impossible.
I like it, the trainings are really intensive, it pushes me well. However it could be even better if I could rate all excercise separately, ir would make the coach more precise.

Nice app, using it 2-3 times a week for workouts for 1 and 1/2 years and counting. Would be nice to have it communicate with other workout apps. For example, I use garmin watch for running, so all my running stats go to the garmin app. I have no intention to wear my phone for jogging, or to type in every run manually. Would be nice if that info could be pulled automatically.
Every update freezes more and more.... Really frustrating to spend 15-20 min before workout with reseting and restarting app and device.... This version does not work even after evrth i tried clap clap athletes
