Very disappointed in this app and company. Their business ethics are questionable. Basically they trap you into a subscription and make cancelling it impossible. Once you refund they get pretty rude and brush you off. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Like Hotel California! This app will not let you quit and continuously take your money. In the app, it said you can only quit via their website but you will never get there! Always shown 404 forbidden. How come Apple allows this to happen?
Some exercises are not good for beginners
Feels like a scam. Forced people to subscribe for weeks without letting people try. Turns out their exercises are all just a repeat of the same movements over and over again. Very disappointing...
I request a refund for the auto renewal by email but no one reply since last month.
Well, the workouts are nothing special but that is not a big surprise. What is a big surprise is the terrible customer support and the fact that the auto-renewal is difficult to cancel. Stay away from this total swindle.
Definitely the best exercise app that I’ve used since having a smart phone for the last 10 years. The coach add on is a must! The ability to curate it follow a path is unbeatable. One suggestion that would greatly improve the experience: add the cool downs and warm ups to the exercise area so that we can do them on our days off of the coach. Thanks!
I had gym membership, I ran everyday for months, but I didn’t feel any better and didn’t see much difference. Freeletics changed that. I feel it’s easy to do in the morning. After 3 series of 12 weeks, my back pain is gone, I feel my back is staying straight, it’s easier to go up and down 3 flights of stairs, and I just feel great in my body. I don’t see myself going back. Highly recommended

I was truly disappointed with their ways to handle the subscription renewal. . When I received the confirmation of renewal, I was shocked because I didn’t receive any email talking about the renewal of subscription. I don’t think this is all on the customer responsibility, but the Freeletics should sending out the gentle reminder as well. . Their website said that you are eligible to“14-days guarantees”, it is a lies because the unwanted subscription is not applicable to the T&C. . Although I instantly email their customer service, but they refuse to make any refund. I want to share this unpleased experience for those considering of Freeletics, don’t make save careless mistake like me, otherwise, you would never get back your refund from the “robber” hand!
