Installed the App just now. App says : oops! We’re sorry, an error has occurred. There’s no feedback channel so I have to write this review.
Glitchy contact operator interface
It doesn’t work on the latest iOS
First Experience
Tour operator writes me the day of and asks me to cancel. When I try to, Viator says I can't have my money back, so I have to call support. It took an hour to get a support agent, who then asks me a bunch of information they should already know. After giving her my details it takes her ten minutes to say, "so you want a refund?". Of course, I shouldn't even have to ask! In short, several hours of my time were wasted, my tour was cancelled, I loaned Viator over $100 and I got absolutely nothing in return.
Apple wallet doesn’t work
There is no option to add passes to Apple wallet while it is supposed to support.
Reliable and a Breeze to use!

App keeps on crashing
The app doesn’t seem to be compatible with iPhone wallet. It crashes whenever you try to add tickets.
The app crashed and my iOS is updated
It’s not very convenient as the app crashed especially I have some bookings done with the app. Always have a back up in email or photo
Full Day Gyeongju tour from Busan
Art was assigned as our tour guide for our one day Gyeongju tour from Busan on 7 September 2019. We found him to be full of life force and knowledgeable. Not only was he prompt in arrival, he also made great efforts to get to know all of us who were under his care. At times, he also doubled up as a photographer. He was flexible and exercised lots of initiative. Would not hesitate to recommend Art as the ultimate tour guide in Busan.
