Please add a function where the user can be selected multiple user at a time during sharing access. As its was very hustle to add user one by one at a time. Also please allow to the function to open the cctv setting after searching the device on thw search tab.

After recent update i get a warning sign on my repeater and message saying control panel fault, sim card removed, perimeter breached or battery disconnected. Never had this before the recent update. It has messed up an otherwise perfectly working system.

Every time I want to play back, it takes a long time to load, or it just can't load. There is nothing wrong with the network cable. It's not easy to use.

I updated to the latest version of the app yesterday and ALL my camera configs disappeared and I have no access to any of them. I’ve tried searching for a way to recover them but the only way I can find is to ‘scan your camera QR code’, but my cams have NO QR CODES - so they are now useless!

After the recent update the resume live is not working. It’s just stuck. Worst update ever.

After the recent update on the application. When I connect to my application, my DVR off and reboot. If I don’t open my application (HIK-Connect), the DVR work fine. I think there was a bug issue in latest update. First time encounter this issue. Kindly help me. I always recommend hikvision to everyone so expertise on this issue.

Very frustrating Language Mismatch error on newer versions of Hik-Connect when trying to add NVR manually. No solution at all.
