Person , vehicle specific object tracking isn’t available
Earlier it’s really easy to track the vehicle and a person movements but after this new update it’s hard to see and it’s show as person motion isn’t available ! Please bring that back !

The app is crashing after the latest release! Quite disappointing to see something of this sort at the App Store! 6.0.150 It just blanks out after the face recognition
User friendly
I manage Hik-Connect app to manage CCTV installed in my two different properties. Very user friendly app and easy to use.
Complain
Playback videos not working
Very bad experience with app as devices has to re-add time to time
Used to view camera online through app. But after certain period (may be 1 or two weeks) device disappears from the app and need to re- add it But most of the time this occurs when we were out of home and connecting the camera in different network from device network So it says unable to add the device unless my phone and the device in the same LAN Pl help in preventing this If this cannot be rectified app is useless
Audio Alarm Settings
When AX Pro alarm notifications are received, it gives the voice notifications as well. Please add the option to silence voice notifications for arm/disarm functions under the audio alarm settings
Registration flow is absurd
The most useless and complicated registration flow ever. Why the heck that a new user have to have such a complicated password process? Also the process is not accurate as well. And CAPTCHA? Seriously? Absurd!!!
