Appen er lite intuitiv, vanskelig å sette opp. Menylinjene må stadig hentes frem innenfor kameravisningen. Hovedproblemet er imidlertid instabilitet, både når det gjelder å styre kameraet, endre instillinger og å få livebilde.

Thea have a lot to improve. Small things makes this app very difficult and annoying to use. On top of that, it keeps crashing and jumping out of the unit. Also some bugs.

Why change from multi screen viewe to singel view. And you cant swipe to se other camera as you culd do before update. And if you swipe wrong it ask for delete.

i set the playback speed to 8x but when the time bar to play next clip, it does not keep the 8x even though it says 8x. please fix it so everythings play in 8x speed when I set so

Do not work with Iphone 13 and Telenor 5 G, only 4G???

Needed support for a login issue. No response at hikvision support. App often hangs and need restart. Needs an update. Built by an engineer without a plan for user experience. PTZ controlling is really uncomfortable.
