Hik-Connect - for End user

Before I can seemlessly view the live and playback. But when they started with the major new update (when the app icon became pink), The playback and live became so loading. I cannot monitor my establishment anymore. It is so bad that i am considering adding an IP camera just so i can monitor my establishment in another app.

I've updated my dvr firmware but after the upgrade our cctv can longer do playbacks and live view on our tv. ⚠️WARNING: Don't ever try to upgrade your dvr firmware

cant view all screens at one time it says number of streaming channels exceed limit pls kindly fix this issue not the same as before cant view 16channels can only view one channel at a time.

How can I fix my time zone? Where can I fix it? So my time rn is 1:10am but on my camera its 9:10pm so I keep on looking at my phone if how will I fox it.. anyone can help me? Please…. Plus++++++ the playback for 24hrs is gone. What should I do??

Cannot view CCTV after update

Because of the new update, the app doesn’t open. Your developer is so damn, the last 4 updates are making the app useless.

After I updated my app I cant open it

Tried to use 2 different mobile phone. Before it really load fast. I have a decent mobile data & broadband good speed but the app is just stuck in home screen and not even showing the log in screen?what happened?

After nov 12, 2023 update to 6.0.150, app is not opening Notification is there, but app not opening, cant view the cctvs Fix asap please Btw what bug was fixed? No liveview, no playback I delete the program and reinstall, it fixed the problem Now i can view my cctv again
