Incompetence
While the experience and trading information is excellent, there are huge flaws with the app’s fundamental design. It relies heavily on a webpage to access and interact with your account details. In addition some functions require you to have two devices to be used. For instance adding a deposit account requires you to use the IKBR authentication app, which is bulit into this app, forcing you to end the application to generate a key to authentication your actions. This is impossible to do on a single device. Usability is being sacrificed for unnecessary security.
Portfolio tab doesn’t show open trades

After the most recent update my portfolio tab is not showing my open positions
Being able to transfer stocks
It would be nice to be able to move stocks between accounts, so i don’t have to liquidate them before I move them.
This app sometimes weired
It keeps saying my app version is not being supported, but my version is the latest one
Joke application
Absolute joke if an app and even worse service. Can never log on using my browser and the application does not offer full service (even though they claim it does)
A little complicated
The application could be simplified for user. It’s a little crowded for new users. Great fees!
Odd tool bar
The app is good to use but they recently changed their tool bar and the portfolio and trade bottom are off set which can be distracting in high stakes situations. I hope they change it back.
Dont receive sms on login
I cant receive sms on login. If loging in with a face id. I dont receive sms when trying to deposit funds

Frustrating app
I can’t believe a broker the size of IBKR would put out such a crappy app. This app is so buggy it’s hard to trust the company with your money. For example: it can’t properly sort a list (!), it mixes up info and shows you data for a different equity than the one you selected, it lags, etc. Reporting bugs is useless: the developers will just waste your time by asking you again and again the same stupid questions showing they can’t be bothered to read your answers. Also, there isn’t as much data for markets outside the US. You can’t, for example, screen for stocks with a low P/E in Canada.
