I was trying to register, but after verifying email I was not able even to log in… there is no easy way to reset password or contact support.

Wasting of time. System failed to accept any docs.

Created account month ago and still cannot use it cause of "not valid documents". I sent them all requested pages of passport, system still asking to do the same. Absolutely not recommend to anyone, you will waste your time with them. Support doesn't care that you have problems, so i just closed my account.

Authentication

I can’t log in in mobile app. It throws an error that user or password is not correct, however it is correct and successfully logs me in in web app. Horrible since I had to delete my prev account because I could not make an 2FA via mobile app…

Totally crap

There is so much functionality… is so sad that most of it doesn’t work correct. Great part of it - in web view. All of the settings points, reports, etc - all in web view. Oh u have to feel the pain from those support system. IB as a business decided that they just can ignore your messages… Also IB as a service in general - hardly poor made and obviously not interested in your funds.

Can't log in from new IP address

It's very uncomfortable to switch internet between wifi and mobile internet

Worst ever MFA. DO NOT ACTIVATE IN KEY - There is no way back!

I regret I installed the mobile app and activated IB key, I shouldn’t have done that. Now every time I want to login on web, I need to login on mobile, find response challenge and input the challenge from web browser and then input on web the challenge response. The worst away 2FA implementation. It is not possible to disable it and return to sms confirmation only. What a bummer
