IBKR Mobile - Invest Worldwide

Good luck trying to make any orders or even staying logged in. You can't even put more then 10% off your money in one investment. I get it's a protective measure but it's my money! Probably the worst app for trading ever created.

This trading platform is horrible and there’s zero customer service! The simplest thing to perform as move security’s or transfer cash requires an act of God! Horrible company period

Charts on iPhone app are good, until. In the middle of making trades the charts randomly quit showing data. Force closing the app and restarting is the only way to get the charts working again. This problem has been in the app for years. Fix the charts.

I set up IB many years ago as they had the best market access. But, as many others have reported, delays in the app while trying to access a trade are very problematic. You get logged out with zero consistency and the log in is significantly more difficult than competitors products. Trying to reach customer service is like trying to call an airline in the middle of a snow storm. You better have hours to spend listening to bad music. Then you have a 75% chance of being cut off. They have taken employee light to a different degree - I’m not sure there is a person in their office. I’ve waited weeks for a wire deposit to settle - for no apparent reason. Now that Schwab and other brokerages are effectively free, there is no reason to use this unstable company and technology.

I came to IBKR when Schwab finished merging with ThinkorSwim: Schwab now offers insufficient services and poor offerings for Single-Member LLC formations. I knew I was sacrificing technical charts for LLC-specific entity protections......but in the end I hope I made the right choice. So at this point I am 2 months into organizing the account: IBKR is emphatic about QC and records review prior to opening their accounts......but TDA managed to do the same overnight. Two MONTHS?!?! C'mon IBKR, Robert Fulton's first steamboat was faster.....the account was funded and all organizing paperwork was sent in weeks ago....starting to chafe against their Review Board. I'm not sure about what to expect about their charts.... the Demo account has one set of offerings, the PaperTrade Mobile has another set, and the Trader Desktop yet another. The usual basic indicators are present on all three options, but the better, more specific indicators are largely lacking. IBKR: if you are going to advertize your wares in a paper account, flex for us with your true offerings: I am keeping my TOS account live simply because I am unsure just how adequate your final chart indicator offerings will be, and the shown offerings simply don't cut mustard. So I may end up watching TOS and trading IBKR. Sick..... YOU NEED TO DEVELOP YOUR: 1: DMI Stochastic Extreme indicators 2: ATR Trailing Stop Indicators In the end, IBKR looks like the best when it comes to reviewing records and LLC-specific offerings. But don't move here if time is not on your side. Stagecoach mail is more swift than they are.

The App gets stuck where it won’t let you actually log in and customer service is nonexistent.

IBKR makes buying stocks fun and easy. They explain every aspect of trading for novice and experienced traders. I consider myself well seasoned however, I really appreciate IBKR explaining things in short paragraphs. The app is easy to navigate, customer service is 24/7, and I trust their algorithms!! IBKR wants all their traders to win on their platform and I want to be one of those WINNERS!! 💯💯
