Han quitado el sector inicio donde se podía ver el rendimiento o valor por tiempos, era una manera muy visual de ver la evolución de el portafolio de cada uno. Muy mal!!

Es tan complicada, que de complicada que es resulta casi imposible efectuar las primeras transferencias al mismo broker de IBKR.Imagínense el resto.
I have changed the investemnt app to another broker because this app. I cannot understand how this can work so bad. The login is a nigthmare, the UX is awfull, different UX layouts in each tab, not usable at all. Please, throw this app away and make a one from scratch and please, change the login. It does not make sense that you cannot login in different devices or platform at the same time, seems like 2000’s platform and its 2024.

Llevo varios años con la aplicación y estoy satisfecho y aunque hago muy pocos movimientos de venta, compra no cobra por mantener las acciones sin moverlas. Por contra tampoco paga con intereses el dinero que tengas en liquidez.. Me gustaría que tuviera la opción de pedirles un préstamo y utilizar tarjetas de crédito fuera de los Estados Unidos.

Yesterday, I spent exactly 1.5 hours opening an account for myself and my wife with Interactive Brokers. I uploaded all the necessary documents, including a selfie with my passport for verification. And what was the result? This morning, I couldn't log in to my account to check the status. I can't even reset my password because their system can't find my email! This is just unacceptable. To resolve the issue, you have to call them because you can't write due to personal data security concerns. But seriously, can you trust a company with your money when they mess up so badly at the very first step?
I have no words to describe my experience with this platform. After months trying to set it up I still cannot trade. It takes weeks or even months to be able to finalise the set up and after a tedious and painful period and uncountable requests that are confusingly explained you are about to trade and more problems pop up that are not even clear what they are. Also it counts on a very confusing interface that is the opposite of simple and customer service is not there to help when you need them. I strongly advise to user a simpler brokerage because this is just a nightmare and a waste of time. Regards
