IBKR is not considerate and makes everyone with old IPhone change to those iPhone capable to instal iOS 14. And it is all of a sudden. They can cite security reason etc but basically their programmers are not smart enough to embrace those who do not want to change their phone.
First of all, the registration is a headache. The app is buggy. And after I deposited some money, they deleted my account for no reason. Then if you try to contact them, it is nearly impossible. They make it hard for you to get a hold on them. This company should be throughly checked.
I cant get fx market data recently. Seems something wrong with the upgrade.

Very slow. Can not register two factor! Very bad experience!
After updating to the newest version (Oct 2019), i haven’t able to register two factor and can’t trade or log in to account management. Please help asap!
Great app & easy to use
The version login very slowly. Sometimes I have to close & try several times before it can login. Sometimes it crashes too. I am using iPhone 5 with iOS 10.3.3.
I use iphone6 and just updated the application. After i updated the application, it isn't working. everytime i try to open the application, it close instantly. please fix it
