So bad. Image transferred to iPhone is of such low quality and small file size. Tried both RAW and JPEG format but to no avail. Horrible

This is convenient for capturing night views or water flowing scenes which need long-exposure, or macro shooting in which you need to avoid to directly touch the camera.
*3 Models that support PlayMemories Camera Apps can use this feature by installing "Smart Remote Control" (in-camera app) on your camera in advance.

- With cameras that have a location information linkage function, the location information acquired by the smartphone can be added to the captured image in your camera.

ipad app is better
not sure if it's my ipad specs or the app, but it saves images 10 times faster on my ipad than on iphone
Not as good…
I just got my new Sony camera and I don’t know how to connect it to my phone.Which is very confusing,when it asked for the cameras password and some other things that I’m not familiar with,got me to quit.The app is not as expected but I’m a new Sony camera user so… I don’t know if it’s good or not since I’m new.Just if Sony could of made the app a little easier.
Old app working well
And the new app doesn’t work. Now I cant even connect to the wifi to transfer my images. No contact info found to get this resolved either. Disappointing
local network
It was okay to connect to my A9ii with my iPhone. Now, can join the wifi, but failed to start and it popped up a message "starting the function failed ", the message mentioned "for lOS 14 or later, on your smart phone, select "settings "->"imaging edge mobile "- "local network" I'm using iPhone 14/ IOS 16.5. I cannot find this setting in my phone,
Total garbage
After running into all sorts of problems, deleted and downloaded again, now at the sign-in page it won’t let you skip! Joke of an app from a so-called hi-tech company
Poor UX
Unable to login because whenever I switch to the 2FA app to get the OTP, the login screen disappears. There’s technically no way to login with 2FA on.
The app is the worst...
It used to be working okay before but I dont undestand why it's getting worse and worse. I ve been trying to upload some photos to my mobile phone for days but not successful though the app is in the latest version. Sadly the app should allow the phone work smoothly but it fails to serve its purpose. I dont write any application review by the way and sadly the 1st one is not positive. Hope this should be solved very soon.
Can’t connect with wifi
Hey I trying to connect my A7C, can join the wifi, but I failed to start, it pop up a message “starting the function failed “, the message mentioned “for IOS 14 or later , on your smart phone,select “settings “->”imaging edge mobile “- “local network” I’m using iPhone 14/IOS 16.2. I can’t find this setting in my phone, pls help
Unknown error and prompts
Please remove the unnecessary popup that says VGA or full quality when sending photos from camera to phone. So annoying for a long time user. Also sending pics always results in unknown error and disconnects, this never happened to the old version of this app so fix it. A6300
