As a wildlife amateurphotographer, I am using my mobile phone to download the photos to edit. I am connecting, picking up the photos, maybe 1 maybe 60 photos, and the app goes disconnected! And you habe to start again to the same process. It is extremely frustrating and it is sad that as Sony, you couldn’t solve this issue for years!
Cannot connect to camera and start importing my videos from the camera please fix this as soon as possible
I am not sure why all camera expect sony has this option. This app took the good application from Previous app
I cannot comprehend how Sony can release such incredible cameras, and leave us with this garbage, slow, glitchy app. I’m considering switching back to canon solely based on the app. It works correctly maybe 1 time out of 50, otherwise it’s constantly disconnecting and canceling my transfers, and it is unbelievably slow.
sadly after updating the app, i cant select images from my iPhone any more, it says no images found. only option now is to select from the camera then send to phone. im using sony A6400
Am using qx100 with I phone se .... the new updation isn’t connected with camera... I tried lot ... please upgrade..... More time tried all .... When I scan QR code and password .... showing unable to connect....
It can't connect my camera DSC-QX10
The app is useless. Even how many times I reset the network. Could not connect and would always hang. With the new update nothing seems to work right.
I’m very disappointed from the app. I have lots of photos that I want to delete and can’t they show even after the update. Hope you can make us control the delete on the photos we don’t want
I always shoot in raw format photographs and whenever I transfer it to my mobile it is auto converted to jpeg. I did transfer raw files before with playmemories but now things getting complicated with this new update.
