Works well for NFC cameras

Mitchins on

It seems to be reliable for A7IV or newer, older cameras without NFC like the ZV-E10 struggle to transfer after registration. (although it works on the other mobile platform, so it’s clearly an app issue).

Total garbage

Michael Yogic365 on

Every time I forget my converter and make the mistake of reinstalling this piece of junk app I punch myself in the face because that is less painful than this app. You are not idiots. Surely you can make this work.

Not sure why everyone’s so angry

joshsqualityreviews on

Works fine with my A7. Occasionally drops out but nothing overally annoying and 100x better than the GoPro app.

Hasn’t worked waste of time

Will it ever work on

Data sucking and all photo access

Why can’t this just be a very simple connection for taking photo’s and video. This is a POS.

Useless

PeterRon on

I can’t believe that Sony can produce software that is this bad. I fight every time to get my A7 iv to connect. It seems to get confused…. Can’t register my camera… what is going on. Please just fix it. Sony… you are making a great camera experience horrible when you try to see on your iPad the images you have taken… did I say… please fix ASAP.

Utterly pathetic

thurukk on

One of the worst camera-related apps I have ever seen, and the industry has a pretty poor track record. Cannot connect at all on it phone, been trying all day. I’d be embarrassed if I wrote software like this. There’s no way this has been tested.

Experience a new level of frustration

Mmmm14we on

After a number of attempts during a 30 minute period, the camera and iPhone finally connected, only to abort transfer mid-way. If this was a once off, then maybe I’d be a tad more understanding, but it’s constantly frustrating, unreliable, and time wasting
