• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.
Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Fast n improved now
Information is not displayed properly
I was using iMobile in Samsung galaxy A53 and everything was working fine but recently am using version 8.8 on iphoneSE where I can’t see the balance as the information is overlapped.
Horrible app
It is an extremely troublesome app. The UI is horrible and feels like it may be an app from 10 years back. It is crude and not smooth at all. A horrible bank app from a well reputed bank seems to be embarrassing!
Crashes
After today update app not working
App not working after the latest update
App is crashing after the latest update of ICICI app on iOS latest version.
Needs improvement
App got deactivated automatically and now not getting activated. Each time when I try to activate it says technical error or nothing happens. Initial setup and login and procedure needs to be simple and secure, rest everything in the app works usually well.
App Setup is pathetic
Before I complain about the app , I would like to inform that I used to love iMobile especially on iOS . imobile provides a lot of useful features that other banking apps doesn’t . But the first time setup or after each update logging into app is too tedious and complex . This overshadows everything that the app has to offer . Can’t you keep the login function pretty simple ?? Lot if other apps that came after iMobile are getting better . And for ppl like me , we wouldn’t mind changing our backs just for such reasons .

Can’t login as a NRI customer.
Don't even bother to download the app if NRI
The app is not just filled with bugs but also very annoying. The registration process is pathetic, I managed to somehow register myself with fingerprint and passcode for later access.After a week i opened the app and it asked to register the whole process again .. 😡
