Bug in credit card section
There is some issue in credit card section. All the cards sharing combined credit limit display as they are separate which gives wrong impression of availability of funds. This needs to be rectified. Thanks.

• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.
Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Unreliable. Waste of time.
Unreliable, many functions do not work on mobile. You have to leave the transaction in mid way. Waste of time. Eventually you have to go back to online banking on a computer browser.
Stopped working after the later release 5.1

Extremely slow and takes ages to login with airtel 4g in iphone This kind of apps should be banned aa they just waste time
Not able to login
I am trying to login since last couple of months but not able to. Contacted customer care and apparently there is a bug which prevents the login. Bug was supposed to be fixed also quite quickly but it’s almost 4-5 months I am waiting for the release of the fix. Imagine the service quality.
Excellent!!!! But...
This is truly a very good banking application. However, I am disappointed that the UI is somehow so old that it does not fit in with the new phones and their designs. For e.g., for an iPhone X, the app restricts itself to show within boundaries of a screen that is the size of iPhone 5!!?? If this is fixed, I am willing to give it 5 stars Cheers!

One of the Best app available. Compatible with TouchID. Feature rich app, offers the provision to check the status of your various accounts with ICICI - Savings, FD, PF etc. One of the early adapters of BHIM.
