• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.
Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

App not running in IPhone 8plus
I-mobile aap is the worst aap this is not running on apple 8 plus while aap should be make run all the mobile and user friendly
Says session expired
It was working just fine till recently but now for the last few days everytime I try to login it says session expired, pls relogin. Uninstalled and reinstalled but facing the same issue. Whats wrong with ICICI? App owner/developer - fix it asap!
Login issue
Unable to login after recent update. Kindly help to check and fix asap.
Worst app
Suddenly face recognition doesn’t work or PIN doesn’t work. Wasted a lot of time during rush time … shear waste of time. Other apps working perfectly well.
Latest update forcing the user to upgrade phone
Few weeks back I have seen nee update on the app which support only iOS 17 and above, but still old app continues to work. But now old app not working any more … so ICICI Bank forcing you to buy a new phone which supports iOS 17… better remove the old app from App Store what is the point in having it.
Not working
Was ok so far till last week, now it is not opening, says “oops, check internet connection “. Very annoying.

Doesn’t work
Installed the app after receiving email. Kept getting error to update the app, however no latest version available on AppStore. Constantly getting error “something went wrong try again later”. I think the app is not fully ready and deployed without proper testing. I was a bit excited when I saw the email to activate UPI for NRIs. However disappointed in the end.
Too many authentications to complete payment
On top of mobile OTP it always asks for numbers from the physical card to complete payment for smaller amounts too. Too weird and complex.
